This Sweepstakes Rules page explains how promotional play works at AcornFun Casino, including eligibility, how to get and use Sweeps Coins (also shown on the site as Swift Coins), and how prize redemptions are processed. AcornFun is a free-to-play social casino operated by Jupiter Studio Limited and does not offer traditional real-money gambling.

These rules are designed to be clear and easy to follow, but they don’t replace the legal Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

For practical purposes, they refer to the same promotional entry-style currency used for prize-oriented play.

AcornFun may also offer jackpot draws, daily tournaments, and races in promotional mode, depending on your location and what’s currently active.

Eligibility: Who Can Participate

To participate in promotional sweepstakes play (Sweeps Coins / Swift Coins), you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you are located - whichever is higher.

Be physically located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time you access the platform and at the time you request any prize redemption.

Use the platform for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any business or third party.

AcornFun can restrict or refuse access to promotional play where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

Geographic Limits: Where Promotional Play Is Allowed

AcornFun is primarily available to eligible players in the United States and Canada, subject to location-based restrictions and local law.

Special note for California and New York: California and New York use Surprise Coins for Standard Play. Surprise Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes or withdrawn. That means the standard Sweeps Coins promotional redemption model described on this page does not apply in the same way in CA and NY.

AcornFun may use geolocation and other checks to enforce these rules. If your location changes, your eligibility can change immediately.

Age, Identity, and One-Account Rules That Matter

To keep the sweepstakes fair and secure, AcornFun applies strict account rules:

One account per person - creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited.

Your registration details must be accurate and complete, including your legal name, address, date of birth, and contact information.

You must keep your account secure - sharing accounts, selling accounts, or letting someone else play on your account is not allowed.

Payment methods used for Gold Coin purchases must belong to you and match the name on your AcornFun account.

If AcornFun can’t confirm your identity or account ownership, it may restrict promotional play or deny redemption.

No Purchase Necessary: How Free Entry Works

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in promotional sweepstakes play where it is offered. You can access the platform and receive promotional opportunities without buying Gold Coins.

Sweeps Coins are not sold directly. Instead, Sweeps Coins may be granted through free methods and may also be included as a promotional bonus with certain Gold Coin packages. Buying Gold Coins is a way to obtain entertainment-only currency, and any Sweeps Coins granted alongside are promotional.

How to Get Sweeps Coins (Swift Coins)

Sweeps Coins may be made available through a mix of platform and promotional activities. Common sources include:

Before Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for eligible prizes, they generally must be played through.

Standard playthrough is typically 1x, meaning you need to use your Sweeps Coins in promotional play at least once before they become eligible for redemption.

Important exception: AcornFun may apply a higher playthrough requirement to certain promotional Sweeps Coins. When this happens, the requirement will be tied to the specific offer and can be up to 20x. Always check the details attached to the bonus or promotion.

Sweeps Coin Expiration and Inactivity Rules

Sweeps Coins can expire if you stop using your account.

Sweeps Coins expire 90 days after your last login.

Gold Coins can also expire if your account becomes dormant, generally after 12 consecutive months with no login/logout activity.

If you plan to keep your promotional balance active, log in regularly and review your account status.

Prize Redemption: Minimums, Limits, and Timing

If you’re eligible for prize redemption, the standard requirements include:

Minimum redemption amount: 100 Sweeps Coins.

Redemption frequency: typically one redemption request per account per day.

Daily redemption limit: up to $10,000 per day, subject to compliance, payment-partner rules, and security checks.

Processing time: redemptions may take up to 10 business days. Larger redemptions (including amounts above $10,000) may require additional reviews and can take extra time.

AcornFun may offer different prize types depending on the promotion, but cash redemptions are the standard model described in the Terms.

Verification (KYC) and Security Checks Before Payout

To protect players and keep promotions fair, AcornFun may require verification before approving a prize redemption. This can include:

Identity verification (age, name, address, date of birth).

Account ownership confirmation.

Payment method verification, including card or bank ownership.

How Prizes Are Paid (And Why Names Must Match)

Prize payments are generally sent to the same payment mechanism used to purchase Gold Coins, when possible. If that isn’t technically possible, AcornFun may allow another payout method as long as:

The account is owned by you.

The payout destination is in your legal name.

The method can be verified successfully.

Third-party payouts are not permitted. If your payment method or bank account can’t be verified, your redemption can be refused.

Payment Rules for Gold Coin Purchases

Gold Coins are entertainment-only and can be purchased in USD using supported methods such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ACH, and bank transfer. Payment methods must be yours and must match your registered account details.

ACH and bank-based payments may require extra information and verification. Returned ACH transactions may result in a handling fee of up to $25.

Chargebacks or payment disputes can trigger account restrictions, balance adjustments, or suspension while the issue is investigated.

Prohibited Activities That Can Get You Disqualified

AcornFun treats promotional integrity seriously. The following behaviors are prohibited and may lead to disqualification, suspension, or forfeiture of promotional balances and redemptions:

Creating multiple accounts or using alternate identities.

Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated play to gain an advantage.
